Returns

We want you to love every piece you order from TrendVuo.
If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns.

• Accessories and intimate wear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times vary by financial institution.
